DESCRIPTION:<p>A swimming program for young adults and adults with a physic
 al disability. Workouts are tailored to each participant’s skill level — f
 rom those just learning to swim or even be in a pool to those training for
  fitness or competition. Some participants will be ready for lane swimming
  with a coach in the deep pool\, while others will be guided by a coach to
  improve their skills  in the leisure pool.</p>
