ParaSport and Recreation PEI has partnered with Synergy Fitness and Nutrition to offer a fitness program for adults with a physical or visual disability. The program changes every 12 weeks and includes cardio and strength training. If you have never been to the gym before or maybe you haven’t been in a while then this is the program for you! All fitness levels are welcome.

he PEI Mustangs is a competitive wheelchair basketball program that is part of the Maritime Wheelchair Basketball League. The team practices once a week throughout the months of September to April. The team competes in 5-6 tournaments a season, both off and on Island.
