The program changes every 12 weeks and includes cardio and strength training. If you have never been to the gym before or maybe you haven’t been in a while then this is the program for you! All fitness levels are welcome.
he PEI Mustangs is a competitive wheelchair basketball program that is part of the Maritime Wheelchair Basketball League. The team practices once a week throughout the months of September to April. The team competes in 5-6 tournaments a season, both off and on Island.
