2026 AGM Notice
Dear Members and Community Partners,
You are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ParaSport and Recreation PEI.
Date: Wednesday, June 17, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: Royalty Centre, Room 125
Food will be provided.
The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the past year, share updates on programs and partnerships, review organizational business, and connect with our community. We will also provide space for updates from valued community partners, including Joyriders and CCIB, should they wish to share.
Members may recall that an AGM was held in February 2026 to receive reports related to the 2024–2025 fiscal year. As part of our efforts to return to our regular governance calendar, this AGM will focus on the 2025–2026 fiscal year, which concluded on March 31, 2026. Holding this meeting in June allows us to re-establish our normal annual AGM schedule moving forward.
To help ensure everyone can participate, transportation subsidies are available if cost is a barrier. Please let us know if you require support with travel arrangements.
We kindly ask that you RSVP to jeff@parasportpei.ca if you plan to attend, as this assists us with food, seating, and accessibility preparations.
AGM materials, including the agenda and supporting documents, are attached for your review. If you have questions, accessibility needs, or would like additional information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your continued support of inclusive sport and recreation across Prince Edward Island. We look forward to seeing you on June 17.
Warm regards,
Jeff Perry
