Events Calendar

ParaSport and Recreation PEI has partnered with Synergy Fitness and Nutrition to offer a fitness program for adults with a physical or visual disability.  The program changes every 12 weeks and  includes cardio and strength training.  If you have never been to the gym before or maybe you haven’t been in a while then this is the program for you!  All fitness levels are welcome.  The program is offered two times a week – On Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings.  To learn more about the program or to register,  please contact the ParaSport and Recreation PEI office.
